Refunds & Cancellations
Entry cancellations can be made up to one week before the event date, by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org , when a refund (less $20 administration fee) will be made. Refunds will not be given after this date. If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event at a later date. All efforts will be made to notify participants including emails, text & via social media. You will be notified of the cancellation by email and announcements will be made on the home page of this site. Please note the event will not be cancelled due to rain unless it floods and the area is deemed unsafe. (Determined by ACT Parks & Recreation or Event Orgnisiers) Event organisers will review the track conditions in the last week leading up to the event and update everyone via the event website and Dirt de Femme Facebook page. In cases where track damage might occur, alternates routes will be introduced to minimize impact on trails.
Participants can transfer their entry to another person up to one week prior to a series race. Transfer requests will only be accepted from the registered participant. Transfer requests must be done in writing to email@example.com . Please state your request to transfer your entry and provide the name and email address of the new rider. Entry transfers will incur a $20 administration fee (payable by the new rider). Entry transfers will be closed the Tuesday prior to the event series or event race to ensure an accurate list of riders and correct information is listed. In the final week the full competitor list will be released on the event website. Please check to make sure your details are correct and your name appears in the correct riding category.
